S.A.A workshops

The Surf Survival Course is a 6 hour course during which studentsexperience powerful insights taken from surfers and free divers to improve performance through developing self-awareness and self-control using the breath hold journey. The course comprises two components. 1. A 3 hour classroomtheory session, (which includes land based exercises). 2. A 3 hour pool based practical sessionwhich is conducted in a confined water environment, (swimming pool). All course students need to be able to swim 200m unassisted, (bodyboard fins are permitted). This is to ensure all students are able to complete the water based drills.

BreathFx workshop, is a breath work control workshop is approx 3 hours, it takes you on a breath work journey through different modalities of breath work, meditation, and culminates in a session of cold exposure in an icebath at the end which can be optional.

 

Wim Hof Method workshops

You won’t have to climb a mountain in your shorts and boots in -15 degrees, but that option is always available.

Wim Hof level 1 workshops are;

  • 5-10 week Group Courses 1.5 hours weekly

  • WHM Fundamentals workshop 4 hour workshop

  • Group session 1 hour

  • One on one 2-3 hours

  • Weekend Fundamentals 2 days

Wim Hof level 2 workshops are;

  • Advanced WHM workshop

  • Advanced weekend

  • WHM Week Trip Fundamentals

  • Advanced WHM one on one session

 

Survial Apnea

5 – 6 hour course, including theory, dry practice and pool exercises. The student will get powerful insights on how to develop Self Awareness and Self Control, through the practice of breathing and apnea (breath holding) skills. The individual will be exposed to simple and effective exercises and training methods that, over time, will deliver physical and mental adaptations, helping the participant overcome “Intense & Challenging situations” with more ease.

Theory, Breathing Practice and Pool Exercises

Requirements:

Ability to swim 200m unassisted

 
 

I teach the principles of the Oxygen Advantage to help normal everyday people overcome breathing pattern disorders. I also screen for these disorders in people who play sport, as well as athletes. Improving sleep quality for focus and performance. These sessions can be group or 1 on 1, there is also a half day & full day course.
